MAGA Rep. Max Miller has been caught LYING about an alleged roadrage incident involving a man he claims waved a Palestinian flag at him.

Now a man has been charged with "aggravated menacing" on nothing but Miller's word - which he contradicts in his official police statement vs his viral video.
