Those of us who pay attention to corruption in Florida knew that DeSantis’ administration hid records of the Governor’s use of public resources during his failed and humiliating campaign for President.
His use of state police and state funds for out-of-state campaign trips absolutely falls under the purview of Florida’s Sunshine laws, and you did your duty by reporting pressure from his administration to keep those records secret.
If you’re careful in protecting yourself, the story will remain fixed on that – the misuse of public funds for a doomed Presidential campaign and the illegal tactics used to keep it secret.
